Every Thursday we take the kids to the Library for story time and then let them pick out a few books for the week. They have so much fun and look forward to it all week long.

We defiantly have our hands full with all these kids. I don't think it would be quite so bad if they were a little more spaced out.
Areya is 4 and Deklan turns 4 in April. Dallin turned 1 in Dec and Aniela will be 1 on the 7th of April. They are so close in age that it feels like have two sets of twins.
One minute they are best friends, playing together great and then the next minute the are yelling and screaming at each other, saying "you're not my friend any more" and "you're not the mommy". At least the babies get along a little bit better. They share their food and hold hands while sitting in their high chairs. Each morning Dallin will go into Aniela's room and stand by her crib and say "Hi babe ba". It is way cute!
This is where they spend most of their day. Sitting next to each other eating or pounding on the window yelling "pa pa". They both love the puppy.

It has been a long cold winter and our kids are really restless, so we took them to the Layton Park for some fun and to feed the ducks. They went through 3 loafs of bread and had so much fun.

Here we are getting ready for a good laugh, but sad to say they weren't very funny. We got up and left in the middle of his act.
The people behind us were really getting into it. I think they had one to many drinks.

Here she is jammin with Tata. Oh wait, it's not plugged into any thing. I guess when you're a baby you dance to the beat of your own drum. She does love to listen to music and dance that is why she thinks it is so fun to have them on.
Well i could go on for ever talking about her but i've caught you up on the most recent so I stop for now. Thanks for checking out our blog and finiding out what we've been up to. We love reading your comments so feel free to leave some below.Posted by LIZ at Saturday, February 16, 2008 1 comments
Areya was invited to a Zoe's (a friend from preschool) hosue to make cookies. Here they all are cutting out the cookies. Here's Zoe's mom Melissa, her neighbor friend Jane and Areya getting ready to put the cookies in the oven.
Here they all are with their finished cookies. As you can see from Areya's face she could not wait and had a mouth full of cookie.
They had so much fun that it was hard getting Areya go home. Is not like she would see Zoe in less then 30 minutes at preschool, but to make her understand that was....... well she is 4.
She had so much fun! Thanks for inviting us over!

Now I know why 4 year olds are not big enough to make their own food.
Today Areya and I were pretending that she was the mommy and I was the child. She wanted to make me lunch so I thought I would let her try and see what happens. I got a peanut butter, beet and cheese sandwich. Now that's good eating. (it was really gross) Aniela ended up eating most of it. She does not really care what she eats as long as you keep it coming.
I am really proud of Areya for trying it all by her self. She even gave me a glass of juice to go with my lunch. She is such a good little mommy.
